We will begin with a meet-and-greet and then relax to a 45-minute floating sound bath in a private, heated, saltwater pool
. We'll break for salads, freshly made pitas, and fruit, then close with a floating guided meditation. This gathering has been created to align your mind, body, soul, and spirit.
